Due to the digital nature of the services provided by aijet.cc (including but not limited to AI content generation, data processing, and automated publishing), we maintain a strict refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Refund Policy

Once a service or task has been successfully published, processed, or generated, it is considered "consumed." At this point, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including:

Successful Delivery: Once the system confirms a "Success" status, computational resources (such as GPU/CPU power and API costs) have already been expended.

Subjective Satisfaction: We do not offer refunds if you are dissatisfied with the style, quality, or creative output of the AI (as AI outputs are generative and results may vary).

User Error: This includes accidental publishing, inputting incorrect prompts, or selecting the wrong settings.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered in the following limited technical scenarios:

System Failure: If you were charged but the system failed to deliver the service due to a verified technical bug on our end, and we are unable to re-process or credit your account.

Duplicate Payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a payment gateway error.

Contact Period: Claims for exceptional refunds must be made within 24 hours of the transaction.

3. Subscription Services (If Applicable)

If you are on a recurring billing plan:

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the remaining days of a current billing period.

Cancellation must be done through your account settings prior to the next renewal date.

4. Account Violations

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., generating prohibited content, attempting to hack the system, or abusive behavior), you forfeit any remaining credits or time on your account. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
